How to install windows from Usb Flash Drive

Step1: Install UltraISO from this link http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5841873/UltraISO_Premium_Edition_v9.3.6.2750___Serials_%5BChattChitto_RG%5D

Step2: Open UltraISo program and open your ISO file from it's open file menu.
Step3: Then click Bootalble from menu and then click Write Disk Image and then click Write from Write Disk Image dialog.

Warning: It will format your USB Flash Disk so backup your data :), or first Format your USB manually and then do all above steps.
